Terms of Service

Revelation FM provides a 24/7 Christian online radio stream, a weekly programme schedule, show information, a Live Chat community feature, and a public Prayer Wall (together, the "Service"). The Service is offered free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. Public features do not require an account.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. If you are under 18, use the interactive features (Live Chat and Prayer Wall) only with a parent or guardian's involvement.

Revelation FM is a ministry platform. To keep the community safe and uplifting, every chat message and prayer request is reviewed by a moderator before it is published. When submitting content you agree that you will not post anything that:

• Contains profanity, strong language, obscenity, or sexually explicit material;
• Is hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or discriminatory toward any person or group;
• Is spam, advertising, chain messages, or repeated flooding;
• Contains another person's private information (contact details, addresses, ID numbers) without their consent;
• Is unlawful, incites unlawful conduct, or links to harmful content;
• Impersonates another person, ministry, or the station.

The Prayer Wall is a community expression of faith, not professional counselling, medical, legal, or mental-health advice. If you or someone you know is in crisis or danger, please contact local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately. Please do not include sensitive personal details (yours or anyone else's) in a prayer request.

The Revelation FM name, logo, site design, text, and original content belong to Revelation FM and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Music and broadcast content is used under the applicable licences held by the station.

When you submit a chat message or prayer request, you keep ownership of your words but grant Revelation FM a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, moderate, display, and (for moderation or legal reasons) retain and remove that content as part of operating the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We aim for uninterrupted 24/7 broadcasting but do not guarantee it — streams may be interrupted by maintenance, network issues, or events beyond our control. This site stores limited data on your device for offline support; such cached content may be out of date. Programme schedules may change without notice.

The site links to third-party platforms (for example YouTube, X, Facebook) and uses third-party infrastructure (content delivery networks, an IP geolocation lookup). We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services; their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law: the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Revelation FM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, including reliance on user-submitted content, which reflects the views of its authors and not of the station. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may suspend, rate-limit, or block access to the Service (or any part of it, such as Live Chat) for any user who breaches these terms or abuses the Service, at our discretion and without prior notice. You may stop using the Service at any time; see the Cookie Policy for how to clear data stored on your device.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising from the Service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above shows the current version. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
